SUMMER HAS ARRIVED!
The valley has sprung to life with summer activities and events happening in earnest. Strong activity has also been seen in the real estate market with new inventory becoming available on a daily basis and showing activity increasing. If you have been considering a move, buying or selling, this is an ideal time as we should see even more properties come to market over the next few months.
Year-to-date, sales in the valley are up 7.5% and dollar volume is higher by 16% when compared to last year. Properties continue to command strong prices when positioned to the market given traditional factors of condition, location, views, and amenities. As an owner, you may be surprised by the value of your property and, if curious, I’d be happy to provide a detailed analysis of your property in today’s market. For buyers, this time of year is a great opportunity to make a move with more choices coming to market throughout the valley, in all areas and price ranges.

Enjoy free movie nights under the starlit sky on the big screen. Featuring a diverse selection from timeless adult classics to delightful family-friendly animations.
Wednesday July 3rdThe 38th
Annual Salute to the USA returns to the Harry A. Nottingham Park, in Avon Colorado. Featuring a concert performances by Texas Hill and Melissa Etheridge starting at 6:00 pm.
