Although it took approximately 10 months to sell, we knew it was unlikely that it would sell until ski season. Once ski season arrived, the property sold within a month to six weeks. Marla Hillerich went above and beyond, and many times performed the role of 'friend' rather than 'realtor'.....if we had forgotten something in our unit or needed her to check on our rental guests. We could always depend on Marla and trust her. She always did whatever we asked, did it quickly, and reported back to us immediately. Her attitude was always friendly, upbeat and helpful. Marla also assumed some of the duties of the buyers' realtor when he was unavailable because she knew we were eager to sell and didn't want to drag out the process.
