Welcome to the newest home in Beaver Creek! Completed in the Fall of 2010 as a collaborative effort between Scott Turnipseed AIA and renowned architect Doug DeChant. The 5858 square foot custom residence was designed to capitalize on its rare proximity to a year round stream with integrated indoor/outdoor living spaces and luxurious finishes including hand scraped European Ash floors, William Ohs cabinetry, slab granite and custom tiled baths in all bedrooms.
