Listings and Pending Sales Remain High
Activity across our communities has quieted. Leaves are slowly beginning to change and the transition to the winter season is upon us. While we make the shift, there remain many local activities and events to look forward to (see below). Autumn is a favorite time of year and whether you are here or can make a trip out to see the colors in late September, it is always a show worth taking time to enjoy.
Our real estate market continues to impress with activity still high. Listings and pending sales remain near their peak for the year and interest rates have declined in a meaningful way, which has spurned activity throughout the valley. While July and August transactions were sluggish, we expect September and October to be busy given the new listing and pending sales volume.

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest fundraiser for Alzheimer’s care, support and research.

The inaugural Cougar Ridge Classic 26K trail race is a point-to-point race, starting at Lionshead Village in Vail and finishing in the Town of Minturn.
October 4th – 6th
The annual Vail Ski & Snowboard Swap is back at the John A. Dobson Ice Arena! This annual swap is the best place to find all you need for the upcoming winter.
October 5th | 2:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
From Lederhosen to Halloween Costumes, celebrate all things fall in Gypsum. This family jubilee will includes multiple family friendly activities. Costumes are encouraged!
October 11th – 13th
This free music festival will feature 4 stages throughout Vail Village. Acts include Sam Bush Band, Phoffman, Terrapin Family Band, and many more.
